Your item will ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment. if paying by personal check, we will ship once the check has cleared the bank. This usually takes about 10 days.

All of the items I have personally made.

If you see something you like, but would prefer a different color, length,etc, please contact me through the contact seller link in my shop. I will do my best to full fill any reasonable request. Please note that custom orders will take time to make, therefore, the item will not be ship immediately. Most items should be able to ship within a week. I will keep you posted on the progress of your custom made item.

We accept paypal and USPS money orders.

Yes we do. Please email us at [email protected] with your zip code. Or you may use the contact seller link in our store. Multiple items must be purchased the same day to get the combine shipping quote.

Yes. I will make every possible effort to find the colors you are looking for. Dishcloths/washcloths are made with Sugar N' Cream and Peaches N'Cream yarn, so I can make those in any color they carry. Dishtowels are usually 1 or 2 of a kind as I purchase them from different stores. Scarves are made with Red Heart Boutique Sashay and Red Heart Boutique Twilight yarns.

Currently we ship within the mainland of US only. We also do not ship to PO boxes. We will need a street address to ship your items.
